Born out of a WIHEA and IATL-funded projects and co-created by students and staff, Designing Together is a mindset and an accompanying deck of cards for educational leaders, be that students, faculty or professional services, seeking to create human-centred change with and for their communities.
The cards
These are designed to support educational leaders with integrating design thinking into their work with a focus on co-creation, student voice and student engagement. Intended to be an 'arm around your shoulder' and a critical friend, they are for you if you:
are interested in design thinking but feel it is too big or complex to tackle on your own
feel it is hard to find the time to plan, integrate, and upskill when it comes to design thinking
want to grow your confidence when working with design thinking and have some reassurance you are doing it right
are looking for fun and engaging activities that can be easily repurposed and help you facilitate co-creation workshops
